The Night the River Burned: The Severn Railway Bridge Disaster

A journey of rediscovery to commemorate the night of the 25th October 1960, and the loss of the Severn & Wye Railway Bridge and motor vessels Arkendale H & Wastdale H.

Our own Forest take on the national Big Draw event. Come and make
your mark.

Fungi Weekend
Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st October
Experts from the Dean Fungus Group bring their encyclopaedic knowledge of the Forest’s mushrooms and fungi, and take visitors out on daily forays to hunt for mushrooms. Forays 2pm each day.
Forays limited to 30 places.
