Booking:
Bookings can be made either provisionally by telephone or by filling in the enclosed booking form which can be obtained by contacting Sarah Fuller, Education Officer, on 01594 822170 or emailing sarah@deanheritagemuseum.com.

 

Once we have received your form and provided we can meet your requirements, we will send you a confirmation note. When you receive this, please check carefully the times and dates are as originally booked.

 

Cancellation of bookings:
We accept that some cancellations of school bookings are inevitable. However, staffing at the Centre is based on the level of bookings with rotas sent one week in advance. If a booked workshop is cancelled with less than five working days notice, the full amount will be payable. This is to cover staff costs only. *This does not apply to self-directed visits.

 

On arrival:
We suggest the following:

 

  • Leave all students on the coach while you collect information from Reception and meet education staff/facilitators.
  • At Reception pay for any workshop charges and confirm the final numbers in your group, if you wish your school/organisation to be invoiced please tell Reception.
  • Please try to call us if you are in any way delayed.
  • Deposit your bags with Education Staff/assistants in the School Room or leave them on the coach.
  • Any problems during your visit please go to the Reception

 

On departure:
Remember to take all your belongings with you.
